After a lunch we take time to interact and talk around various common topics and issues and the exchange of life stories is very encouraging. As well as taking time to encourage each other, we share about common interests which may include for example; books or experiences that may be of benefit to each other. Feel free to invite a friend and bring a lunch. Whilst this is geared to facilitate our senior citizens coming together, everyone is welcome.
